Adv. Gove is a partner and Head of the Real Estate Department at I. Doron & Co.

She began working with Adv. Doron in 2009 and became a partner in 2015.

Adv. Gove is legal counsel to leading private and public real estate companies in the Israeli market. She advises on major commercial and real estate deals and has led complex property deals involving residential, industrial, and commercial assets, as well as preservation projects, land enhancement, and more.

Adv. Gove is renowned for her ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Her personal and professional involvement in every matter, together with her deep understanding of both legal and commercial aspects, make her a key figure in driving the firm’s real estate practice.

Adv. Gove has extensive experience in large-scale and complex real estate transactions. Her work includes the purchase and sale of real estate, joint ventures between commercial entities in the real estate sector, legal support for complex property deals and projects, planning and enhancement of real estate ventures, combination (barter) transactions, construction change order agreements, urban renewal projects, tenders, “Buyer’s Price” (Mechir LeMishtaken) programs, and more.

Adv. Gove regularly advises real estate companies on all aspects of their operations.

She also provides legal guidance in bank financing and funding procedures.

Adv. Gove provides ongoing legal support and serves as corporate secretary for Delek Israel Properties (D.P.) Ltd.

In the past, Adv. Gove practiced civil-commercial litigation, focusing on real estate ventures as well as various other commercial areas
