Adv. Igal Doron is the founder and head of I. Doron & Co. Law.
For nearly four decades, Adv. Doron has been practicing across a wide range of civil-commercial law fields, including civil-commercial litigation, real estate, planning and building law, asset receiverships, administrative law, and large-scale local and international commercial transactions.
He has extensive experience in civil-commercial litigation and a long track record of handling a broad spectrum of complex and large-scale commercial and administrative disputes. His expertise spans all branches of civil and commercial litigation, including arbitration and mediation.
Adv. Doron represents a diverse clientele, including companies and business professionals, in high-stakes and complex litigation proceedings across all areas of law. His legal practice includes hundreds of court appearances before all levels of the Israeli judiciary. Notably, several litigation cases led by him have resulted in binding legal precedents set by the Supreme Court of Israel.
In addition to his expertise in commercial litigation, Adv. Doron possesses extensive knowledge in all areas and aspects of real estate, planning, and construction. He handles a wide range of real estate projects and provides ongoing legal representation to some of Israel’s largest and leading development and construction companies.
Adv. Doron brings extensive experience in handling complex real estate transactions and projects, including the enhancement and planning of large real estate assets, complex developments and ventures, and the acquisition and improvement of land. Over the years, he has also advised on real estate transactions and projects abroad, including in Hungary, Romania, England, Costa Rica, the United States, and Canada.
Adv. Doron is an accomplished attorney with a long-standing reputation and extensive experience, recognized as a leading legal advisor in his field. He has represented numerous companies and entities across various sectors, including leading commercial corporations in the Israeli market and some of the country’s largest real estate companies.
He has led numerous major commercial transactions and large-scale projects on behalf of his clients, including company acquisitions and various cooperation agreements, both in Israel and abroad. Adv. Doron also serves as a court-appointed receiver in proceedings before various courts.
Adv. Doron serves as the ongoing legal advisor to numerous leading commercial companies and entities in their respective fields, including holding companies, development and construction firms, commercial enterprises, and prominent businesspeople.
In the past, Adv. Doron held several senior positions, including serving as Legal Counsel, Head of Legal, and a member of the management team at Shufersal. He was also a senior partner at the law firm AYR – Amar Reiter Jeanne Shochatovitch & Co., senior partner and managing partner at Cohen, Lahat, Doron & Co., and senior partner and Joint Head of Litigation and Real Estate at Baratz, Horn & Co. In addition, he was a senior partner at Lebanon, Akunis, Doron & Co. Adv. Doron has also served as a director in various companies, primarily in the real estate sector.
