Adv. Ben Avi is a partner in the Litigation Department at the firm.

He specializes in commercial, administrative, and civil litigation, handling complex commercial claims and all aspects of the litigation process in cases before all levels of courts. Adv. Ben Avi has extensive experience managing complex legal proceedings in various areas, including construction claims, real estate, administrative procedures, tenders, class actions, intellectual property disputes, defamation, and more. Additionally, he regularly handles interim remedies such as injunctions and specific performance orders.

Adv. Ben Avi represents some of the largest commercial companies in the market before various courts in a wide range of commercial law disputes and also provides ongoing legal advice to companies in their respective fields of operation.
